The King James Version of the bible has a interesting verse describing ants.

The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer. Proverbs 30:24-26 (King James Version)

What constitutes being called a people?

I think it is a couple of things.

First, the act of cooperation. Ants do it, so do bees. But not many other creatures on the planet do it. Dolphins and whales do cooperate in some ways, such as driving food (schools of fish) into an areas where it is easily caught. But the scripture does not mention them as a people.

The second criteria is “war.” War against each other: Human clans fighting other humans, Ants fighting other colonies of ants.

Scary, isn’t it.

Genetically similar, they ants show differentiation based on their purpose for the colony.

One of the things I’ve noticed about ants, is that there seems to be specialization in order for the colony to survive. There is the Queen ant, the drones (males), the worker ants, and warrior ants that defend the colony. They are quite different from each other, and have specialized traits that allow them to perform their duty for the colony.

I’ve discovered that humans are like this too. Each of us has a purpose, that is uniquely suited to the survival of our clan. It is really surprising how, if you dig into the personalities of people, you’ll find that there are traits each of us has that is very specialized.

What I’m saying, is that each of us was made for a purpose: to help each other out with the goal of surviving. Without surviving, we cannot bring glory to God.

If you’d like to know how your personality fits into the grand scheme of things, and how you can use it to make money, you should visit my other web site called I go into great detail how you were designed for a specific function, and how each type of person will interact with each other. It’s really cool!
